Rooms

The hotel offers 200 oversized guest rooms and suites, all with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf or the Abu Dhabi skyline. Really good service and great location

personal touch room preference thoughtful gesture

I was greeted by name upon arrival, which i found to be a very nice personal touch. The staff ensured my requests were met. They accommodated my room preference near the elevator. I received some cute desserts in my room, alongside a customized note from the guest manager, a thoughtful gesture. The hotel is connected to the Galleria Mall, made accessing shopping and dining very convenient.

the hotel's air conditioning was a little too strong for my liking, i found it quite cold at times
