Really good service and great location

I was greeted by name upon arrival, which i found to be a very nice personal touch. The staff ensured my requests were met. I received some cute desserts in my room, alongside a customized note from the guest manager, a thoughtful gesture. The hotel is connected to the Galleria Mall, made accessing shopping and dining very convenient.

the hotel's air conditioning was a little too strong for my liking, i found it quite cold at times
